REFUND POLICY ON CHECK OUT PAGE

Due to the nature of how downloads are processed, we uphold a no refund policy unless the video clip file is verified faulty or corrupted in which case an exchange will be given or the originally requested video clip will be repaired and/or fixed.. The customer is responsible for ensuring their order is correct before purchasing the media or content from the site. Prior to submitting for processing and billing, please ensure that you do not order the same clips twice. Please report any billing errors to [email protected]. Resolution of and billing errors by WWW.TOEJAC.NET will be handled immediately. Friendly fraud and abuse by disputing the transaction with the issuing bank will result in immediate disqualification from future sales and you will be banned from ordering from our store. We take fraud very seriously and will actively report cases of fraud to the local authorities for further prosecution.

Videos/DVDs/Clips that are purchased from this site cannot be swapped or traded. Exchanges will only be given if a video/clip is faulty or damaged upon receipt. All Videos/DVDs must be exchanged within 15 days upon receipt.

NOTICES
